"She's taking that hit like a soldier"

About 45 people in a minivan videotaped themselves laughing at a 2-year old girl saying that she was on Ecstasy. Her eyes roll back in her head and she is unresponsive as the girls in the minivan tease, laugh and poke at her while passing other babies around like bundles. The FBI is also investigating though it's unclear whether the girl had actually been given the drug. Was she really 'rolling' ? See for yourself. I think it's a crock of a slow news day and watching her eyes do that makes mine hurt.
