Define "minor explosion"

















MIDTOWN EAST—Via official sources, we're told that the historic Grand Central Oyster Bar (above) will be closed for lunch and dinner today due to a 'minor explosion early this morning in a kitchen area.' The Oyster Bar is slated to reopen for business tomorrow: “After assessing the damage, we will make the necessary adjustments and be fully operational tomorrow,” per GM Mike Garvey. {Eater}

Umm, did he just say 'minor explosion'? Isn't that like 'jumbo shrimp'?
