Crane Inspector Arrested

The Buildings Department's senior chief crane inspector was arrested today on felony corruption charges. The arrest comes a week after a crane collapse on E 91st street killed two construction workers. Apparently your boy was taking bribes to approve cranes, and taking money from operators who wanted to ensure they'd pass the operator licensing exam. Uh boy. This is what they call "not good".
