Amy 'rested

I walk past a TV with CNN on before and who do I see? Well if it isn't ole Amy Winehouse.

Amy has been arrested on suspicion of attempting to interfere with a court case involving her dumb husband.

"Amy went to the police station voluntarily and at a pre-agreed time", her publicist spun. "She was arrested but that is common practice for someone being interviewed by police." Riiiight.

Winehouse was released on bail and ordered to return to a London police station in early March.
But not before she was finger-printed and asked to give DNA samples.

This all came only a day after we learned Amy reportedly vowed to kill herself if she was ever separated from her husband by a lengthy jail sentence. How romantic.

An inside source said, "She has hatched a suicide pact with Blake. If they are both handed lengthy jail sentences she is determined they will end it together rather than face five years apart."

Five years?! Keep dreaming, sister souljah. If Amy is found guilty of conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, she could face life in the grey bar hotel.

Her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil-Doof, was ordered held in custody in London last month on charges of "perverting the course of justice" stemming from a case in which he is accused of assaulting the owner of a pub back in June.

Blake, 25, allegedly tried to interfere with a witness' testimony. I guess the pub owner was offered £200,000 to change his story and the cops assume Amy coughed up the cash because Blake is a loser. And just last week, the offices of Amy's accountant were searched so officers could review all her recent transactions. Uh, oh.

Winehouse has been dogged by reports of continued drug use amid a flurry of canceled concert dates as of late. The 24-year-old diva was recently spotted walking outside of her London home wearing a bra and jeans, with no shoes, looking distressed.
