Whoever Is Doing Amy's PR Now Is Real Good, Also Natalie Cole Is Jealous And Napping On Her Laurels

Whoever is doing Amy's PR is fucking good, real good.

Having her mother, Janis, proud, clutching and congratulating her tearful daughter at the Grammy's Sunday was A-1 top notch. Amy's gonna pay through the nose for that concept. A few more scenes like that and she'll steal the America's sweetheart tiara from whatsherface in rehab or the psych ward or wherever she's at now.

And now for some odd reason Natalie Cole, daughter the late legend Nat King Cole, is choking on a bowl of sour grapes.

Natalie has criticised Amy's Grammy's triumph, saying she did not deserve to win any awards because of her drug problem.



I dunno why Natalie is picking a fight but then again the last time we heard from Natalie Cole was when she sang karaoke on top of one of her dad's old songs... like 17 years ago! Oh and sometimes you'll hear her other hit from 1977 "This Will Be (An Everlasting Love)" on that eHarmony commercial. But what have you done for me lately, Natalie?

Cole, who confessed to and to using LSD, heroin and crack before entering rehab/obscurity in 1983, said of Amy:

"The girl really has a problem and I think, for those of us who have been in the business long enough, we know the sacrifice it takes. This is about discipline and hard work, and you don't just get to do your drugs and go on stage and get rewarded."

But Natalie, all you did to remind people you were alive was sing on top of one of your dad's old hit songs! And since it was 1991 people couldn't believe the technology! It's 2008 now and every weekend drunk people do what you did and better in karaoke bars across the country!
