Meff pulled over at Battery Tunnel

I was waiting to get my haircut earlier at Joe's Barber Shop and I was perusing the Daily News. Turns out Staten Island Borough President & Wu-Tang star Method Man got pulled over the other day on the Brooklyn side of the Battery Tunnel (holla).

When The Meff rolled down the window for the fuzz, smoke came billowing out like a Cheech & Chong flick. Cops also found two more jazz cigarettes stashed in Meff's dash and a bag with more in the trunk.
